This may well be the shortest post I have ever written.
My wife is in active labor, and we will be headed to the hospital in awhile.
Please pray for energy, patience, and most of all the health of Pam and our new baby girl.
Obviously, I will be back at some point in the next couple of days with updates and photos.
Thanks to all of you who have prayed for us, and to those of you who went to Target and selected baby gifts on our behalf. It's never too late to buy us stuff from our registry, by the way. :) Alternatively, there is no gift better than cash. Sorry - couldn't help myself there.

What...no blog post yet? Heck it's been nearly 7 hours I was expecting a couple at the very least! LOL!
Tell your wife to hang in there...hope everything goes great! My second son and I hold the speed record at the Estes Park Medical Center from the time at the front door to delivery...13 minutes. I highly recommend that...Get some sleep!

HELLO ALL - We welcomed our new baby last night at 1:42am (pictures to follow in a separate post). She was 9 lbs, 11 oz, and 22 inches long! Her name is Genevieve Elise Crouch. Mom and baby are both doing well.
Thanks to all of you for your well wishes! I hope to post some pictures tomorrow sometime.
