Nice looking home, Jason...and it's at a great price! I hope it sells quickly... :)
Beautiful home and a great price....good luck!
Home looks nice and I love the price. Homes like that in my area in a good school district would be close to $400K and in a bad district $300K!
I was just thinking what Krista said. $175,000?!? for that house???? It would easily be near $300K here. Maybe I should move... ;)
Nice photos....POPS!!!! Again, congrats on the newbie.
Hey Jason...This is a beautiful home and a great price! Hope it sells quickly!
Have a great day,
Anne Rains
Hi Jason...Looking at the comments above, I see that others have the same impression I have. What a price!
Congratulations. This one should seel quickly.
Kate
Very nice presentation on this Jason. $175,000 sound like a steal! :)
Hey, Jason.
Does the Kyle Railway still run though Kyle and South Austin? If it does, or if you know where to get some pictures of any of the old engines with Kyle Railway on them, I'd love to know.
Russel - Frankly, I hadn't ever heard of the Kyle Railway, so I am not sure. I'm headed to Google to check on that.
The new baby MUST be keeping you busy! hey, when you are in Kyle, check out the incredible Pie bakery on the street leading up to the train tracks. It's worthy of a Localism Post!!!
When you have a great looking house like this, with such a low price, I can see why so many people are moving to Texas.
Now I'm even tempted! :)
That is a great price, and from what I remember, it might even be a great price for Kyle, I have family in Wimberley, San Marcos, San Antonio, up north in Arlington, Wichita Falls, but I still love my Colorado, and I guess I'll have to pay more to live here...
Great little home for a GREAT price! Best of luck to your agent in selling this gem!
