Wow, that is an amazing house. In Seattle we would like have to pay at least twice that for a comparable home.  For $349,000 it looks like someone can buy a dream home in Texas.  Is this the market price for a home of this kind our is it a distressed seller?

Charles - This home is priced in the market (i.e. not distressed).  You can get a lot of bang for your buck around here!
