Jason: This looks like quite a bit of home for the price. Very impressive front elevation... I bet it has a very nice drive-up appeal. And... yikes, it's even on a quarter-acre... so ya get some privacy as well. Very nice.
What a nice house for the price. Is that typical for your area or is this an extra great deal? I like tile floors throughout the living areas -- so practical for kids and dogs. Is that stucco or dryvit? It's very attractive.

Wow, you sure get a lot of house for the $$$ in Austin! One would be lucky to get a 40-yr. old townhouse in need of renovation at that price, here in Crofton - yet this is one of the more affordable DC suburbs.
