Gosh, Jason, everytime I read one of your blogs about Austin, I think what a cool place it would be to live.  A friend of mine who owns www.ticketcity.com recently bought a place on Lake Travis.  I can't wait to see it.

Todd - Thanks for your comments.  Austin really is a very cool place to live.  Your friend must be doing well to have bought on Lake Travis.  We have a client looking out there right now, and the prices are crazy high for some of the homes.
