MATT - I have often wondered about that in homes I have shown and listed.  I have seen some that are maybe 12 feet above the ground.

DON - Yes, Round Rock and Austin remain very affordable, which is why we are seeing an influx of investors from other, more expensive markets.  The market is treating us pretty well - thanks so much for your comments.
