Paul - Thanks for commenting on this one. You are right - our property taxes are high here in Texas (they are being reduced somewhat over the next couple of years, thanks to the Governor). We have no state income tax, so that helps as well. This is a nice home, and I think it will sell quickly. By the way, I just wrote a post that I think you will like:
