5 parks for one area, that is great.  How far from dowtown Austin is it Jason?

STEVE - This subdivision is about 20-25 minutes from downtown Austin.  I almost bought in this section about five years ago, but we bought in a similar area in adjacent Pflugerville.

I didn't expect any comments this fast.  You must be a subsciber to my blog!

STEVE - I may edit this post later to flesh it out a bit.  I noticed that a lot of consumers are finding my blog by typing in neighborhood names in this area.  Do you use anything to track visitors here?  I am using Statcounter (free).  It has some decent features.  Mainly, I am interested to see where the actual traffic comes from (i.e. which search engine and what keywords they used).

Jason - You are welcome to edit/delete these comments since this is a local post if you like.  Actually I do not yet have the best tracking system.  I know a lot about the folks that wind up on my main site, but I need to get on the blog tracking.  Its been on my very long list, but I think I will move it to the top for this week.  I have the Statcounter on my list as a possibility.

I do know just from talking to people that they are reading however as I get quoted often.  I tend to just try and write about what people are asking me about the most.  I figure if they are interested, then others are too.  But you are right, it would be very useful to know exactly how we are found.

STEVE - If you come across a better tracking system, I would love to hear about it.  Statcounter seems decent to me, but not super-detailed.  Statcounter provides the keywords, etc. and it is very interesting to see what unusual keywords consumers are using sometimes to find my blog (very cool).

JENNIFER - Let me know if you are interested in buying a second home or an investment property here in Texas, or if you have any friends or clients who might want to do this.  Thanks for following my blog all the way to Localism!  I appreciate your support!
