Austin Texas New Homes - What Can You Buy for $175,000 or Under?

While I was showing new homes today throughout the Pflugerville and Round Rock areas (just north of Austin), I realized that many potential buyers might not realize just how many brand-new construction homes we have available here.

There are new homes available in virtually every price range in and around Austin, starting in the $120's all the way up to over $1 million.

For the purposes of this post, I am focusing on brand-new homes priced at or under the $175,000 range.

Jason,

You sure get more bang for your buck in Texas over California.  Maybe it's time to move.

There IS something under 175k?  Amazing!  It is SO hard to find anything in DC for that price.  I have a guy looking for somthing under 200k and its almost impossible.

Jason,  these are great houses! I'm amazed when people from other states talk about the prices here in Texas... I guess we do have it pretty good here!

Jason, our new home builders in Bradenton, Florida are offering incentives like: Free TV's, Free Car Leases, and Free pools.  They are trying to reduce inventory.

Jason, I'm continually shocked at the low prices in your area.  Are eggs, milk, and movie tickets proportionally cheaper in Austin, Texas as well?

Jason, very affordable homes.  We don't have much new construction here due to geographic limitations.  Looks like your area is rocking and rolling!

Hi Jason,
This is the market that is most active in my area right now.  Looks like you get a lot for $175,000 in your market.

Hi Jason, what a great idea to post these homes. Typically buyers are very visual and can get a better idea of what they can get for their money with you share these photos. Good job!

That kind of money still does not buy much in Orlando my friend. I'd be able to get you a nice condo, but for single family you have to be thinking low to mid 2s

I used to live in Austin. As the area has grown, it's amazing to see what is now advertised as "Austin." 15 years ago they seemed so far away.
