Jason - what a great house and a great price! The more I read about other areas of the country I'm still amazed at the wonderful market we have here. We get a lot of bang for our buck here in Texas and I believe people from other states are noticing us.  When I was out and about today I saw 4 cars from different states within a 2 mile area from my house. Wonder if they need help finding a home???

Okay, this answers my question about what you can get in Austin for $200,000.  Is the neighborhood as nice as this house?

LINDA - I bet at least one of the cars you saw is looking to move to Texas!

MARGARET - It is a nice area in Round Rock with good schools.  I wouldn't call it upscale, but it's a cozy, safe area.

Jason:  Nice to know what you can get in Tx for $200,000.  Looks like a cute home. You could get something like that in parts of PA and in other parts you could not touch it.
