Nice to see those trees.  I think that's one of the things we liked about the Austin area - 'seems like there are more trees that we see around Susan's place in DFW.  Lots of things I like about this house.  'Just needs a golf course community to be perfect.

Jason, I'm just positive you have a type-o!  $269k?!  You don't know how blessed you are!  Well, you do, but you know what I mean.   I love how they raised the canopy on the tree in the front yard so as to not obscure the view of the house.  Also, that back yard would take $1,000's to duplicate...
