Jason - that is a very nice home.  Love the brick fence - funny to see the comments from Agents outside of Texas regarding the VALUE of Texas homes...darn it, eventually this is going to dry up from everyone jumping in to move here!!!

JASON - Another reason for people to relocate to the Austin area.  I rarely come across deals like this on Long Island unless they are bank owned.
