What a beauty! Your pictures all have curves... flows so well & draws in the viewer... I even imagined the chili & cornbread I'd make and saw myself stirring a big pot on that wonderful stove :-) I was only in Texas once, in '94, but it made a big impact on the remainder of that decade. (I still have my boots! LOL) I've been out-of-town and have missed your blogs!

Jason... it's amazing to see homes like this in different geographic areas.  That same house in my area would be over 1 million and in the Princeton area?  Probably closer to 1.8 million.  Gorgeous house... I love the outside patio part, with the grill and fireplace. And as Susan stated, I love the stone also.

Belterra drains sewage into Bear Creek which feeds the Edwards Acquifer recharge zone.  Buying a house in Belterra means you are willing to let your human waste pollute the natural environment so that you can have the Disney version of Hill County living.
