Jason, this is such a good price. In our area this would be in the $250 range. This should sell fast.
I like the way you put in two dining areas...haven't seen houses described in my area that way. Important for some people and the price is beautiful...don't see that either in Jersey.

Jason, This is a very nice home at a great price. Scott Felder built homes here in San Antonio too. I really like his floorplans -- the open floorplan always makes a house feel larger than it actually is.
