That's a fabulous price so much house.  And the kitchen is fantastic.  That oven area is great and are those interior spice shelves? WOW!  Beautiful.

David Weekley is the first builder I saw who built a kitchen with a stone/brick hood like that. Is that a Texas thing? I have seen it in other homes, but Weekley was doing it back in 2000.
